My first unplanned and dedicated trip for a spiritual detox to the divine land of Rishikesh and it didnt disappoint. I was housed as Parmarth Niketan , a huge ashram on the ghats of the Ganges. My daily schedule included Yoga, Meditation, Sunning for Vitamin D, long walks across the Ganges, fresh air breaks and the Ganga Aarti which is also a visual treat along with the various spiritual activities. Rishikesh also acts as a hub for travel to various temple towns of Uttarkhand.
